Please read these terms carefully before using PayMATE. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PayMATE HRIS and Payroll Automation Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "User") and Tigernethost OPC ("Company", "we", "us").

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the PayMATE platform.

2 Description of Service

PayMATE is a cloud-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Payroll Automation Platform that provides:

  • Employee information and records management
  • Biometric attendance tracking and integration with ZKTECO devices
  • Automated payroll computation including government contributions
  • Leave and attendance dispute management
  • Government compliance reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Employee self-service portal
  • Free Annual Physical Examination benefit via Medisense / PhilHealth Yakap (for enrolled organizations)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable prior notice.

3 Account Registration

To use PayMATE, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Ensuring your contact information remains up to date

Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or sold to third parties without our written consent.

4 Subscription & Payment

Subscription Plans

PayMATE is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is based on the number of employees and selected features. Subscription details are provided during the onboarding process.

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments after reasonable notice

Price Changes

We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use PayMATE only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the platform to process data in violation of Philippine labor laws or data privacy regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform
  • Use the Service to process payroll for employees you are not authorized to manage
  • Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Misrepresent employee data, attendance records, or payroll figures

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6 Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into PayMATE, including employee records, payroll data, and attendance logs. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

We will never sell, rent, or share your organizational data or employee data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Upon termination of your subscription, you may request a full export of your data within 30 days. After this period, data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

7 Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the PayMATE platform — including its software, design, features, and documentation — are owned by Tigernethost OPC.

The PayMATE name, logo, and brand are trademarks of Tigernethost OPC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.

8 Disclaimers

PayMATE is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times
  • Payroll computations will substitute for professional accounting or legal advice
  • The platform will meet all specific requirements of every organization

Government contribution rates (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) are updated periodically. While we strive to keep computations current, it is the employer's responsibility to verify compliance with the latest regulatory rates.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Tigernethost OPC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
  • Loss of data due to factors outside our control
  • Payroll errors resulting from incorrect data entered by users
  • Penalties from government agencies due to inaccurate information provided by the Client

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Termination

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Fail to pay subscription fees after notice
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Misuse the platform in a way that harms other users or the Company

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data export requests must be made within 30 days of termination.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pampanga, Philippines.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on our website at least 15 days before the changes take effect.
